Yoga and Meditation are like a technology for inner well being whose science is only known to human beings and no other living entity.
Since we are born as human being, we have certain capabilities that other animals do not possess. With proper yoga and meditation, one can attain a state where one can live a life the way they wanted and also can explore the realm that is not limited by our five sense organs.
I don’t think there is anybody left out there who do not want to live a happy and healthy life. Everybody wants a happiness in their life, nobody wants a life full of stress, depression, fear, and anxiety.
With proper yoga and meditation practice, one can easily maintain their life the way they wanted to. No matter how stressful a situation is, you can always stay calm and confident.
Like we can stay happily 24 hours a day and 365 days a year without being worried about external situations be it your Job, Family, Health, Studies etc.
I think I won’t be misunderstood if I say an animal today live a more joyous life than a human being. He lives more happily than we do in our entire lifetime.
And Look around…how much mess we have created on our planet. So much stress, anger, fear, hatred, jealousy and what not.
Do you think animals are staying in fear of a terrorist attack at their place without any reason?No, not they are.
But…we live in that fear.
Do you think an animal live a stressful life like we do? No, they don’t.
But…we do. We have so many things to do, we have so many things to maintain. I doubt we can stay totally blissful even a single minute in a day.
You know lions are the social animal and they always stick together in any situations. If they really hate each other then they would not have stayed together. If they are really jealous then they would not have shared food among them.
And look at us what we have done to each other and other living beings. Not to mention The Nature.
This simple logic explains that an animal has more happiness in his limited span of his life than us.
Nature has provided resources to every living being on this planet equally and we have no right to break her rule.
With yoga and meditation, I believe one can bring that sense of responsibility towards Nature, towards all other living beings and yes, also towards each other.
